How do I track my order?

Our Shipping Customer Services will contact you and will provide you with your tracking number. Order will take between 2 to 3 business days to arrive in most cases.

What are your delivery options?

At the Moment, We are offering Cash on Delivery as an Offline Payment Method only. However, we are looking forward to add Visa & Mastercards as an Online Payment Method.

The shipment will be delivered through one of our best delivery partners.

The Delivery estimated date is between 2 to 3 business days in most cases.

How do I return an item?

Sometimes things just don’t work out. And we totally understand. So if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you’ve got 12 hours to exchange it. The exchange will include a deduction of 3 USD.

Note that you will only be able to exchange an item if it’s still in the box sealed or has the tag on it.

What is your returns policy?

Please note that we do not exchange damaged, unsealed, broken, burned or used items. You will only be eligible to exchane an item if the item is not damaged, lost, unsealed or simply if the tag has not been detached

Do you provide International delivery?

In the meantime we are only delivering locally.
