How do I track my order?

Our Shipping Customer Services will contact you and will provide you with your tracking number. Order will take between 2 to 3 business days to arrive in most cases.

What are your delivery options?

At the Moment, We are offering Cash on Delivery as an Offline Payment Method only. However, we are looking forward to add Visa & Mastercards as an Online Payment Method.

The shipment will be delivered through Liban Post or Aramex.

The Delivery estimated date is between 2 to 3 business days in most cases.

How do I return an item?

Sometimes things just don’t work out. And we totally understand. So if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you’ve got 3 days to return it for either a full refund or an exchange. The refund will include a deduction of 3 USD.

Note that you will only be able to return an item if it’s still in the box sealed or has the tag on it.

What is your returns policy?

Please note that we do not refund damaged or unsealed items. You will only be eligible to return an item if the item is not damaged, lost, unsealed or simply if the tag has not been detached

Do you provide International delivery?

In the meantime we are only delivering locally.
